The ‘Teacher Support’ service is confidential. However, there may be times we report back to the employer with information on challenges, strategies and outcomes, only if specifically engaged by an employer.
In contrast to a ‘Fixed Mindset’, Cromwell Solutions encourages a ‘Growth Mindset’ which enables clients to reflect, learn and grow from challenges. With this mindset they can more readily persist through obstacles, embrace difficulties, learn from feedback and find inspiration to keep improving.
